Deviana Bella

Bella is a dispute resolution lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in Indonesian courts at all levels, as well as before the BANI Arbitration Center. Over the years, she has advised and acted for clients across diverse sectors, including mining, oil and gas, and other industries.

Bella earned her Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Indonesia, graduating as the top student in her class, and is admitted as an Advocate. At ADCO Law, she assists clients in developing dispute resolution strategies and managing complex litigation matters, representing both local and multinational companies

Advised and represent a coal mining company in East Kutai, East Kalimantan in resolving a mining services contract default by a mining contractor through arbitration proceedings before BANI (Indonesian National Arbitration Board).
Advised a leading coal and energy mining contractor in Indonesia on legal matters concerning business warranty claims held by its subsidiary.
Assisted a Jakarta based coal trading company in the process of clarification, investigation, and inquiry before the Directorate of Enforcement, Corruption Crime Eradication Corps of the Indonesian National Police.
Advised a nickel and coal company for potential dispute related to transaction on asset acquisition.
Advised a prominent holding company with a strong focus on the energy sector on potential legal risks related to fine imposed by the Contractor and the likelihood of the dispute escalating to arbitration proceedings.
